    Abstract: A device for locking and/or unlocking a component (e.g., in or on a vehicle, etc.) in relation to a mating element is provided. The device comprises a locking element and a blocking element. The locking element is configured to be set into a locking position and into an unlocking position. The blocking element is configured to be set into a blocking position and into an actuating position. The setting of the blocking position brings about the setting of the locking position and the setting of the actuating position favors the adoption of the unlocking position.
