Abstract: Provided is an image sensor, which includes a first substrate that has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and includes a pixel array area and an edge area, the edge area including a first conductive pad; an anti-reflection structure on the second surface; a pixel isolator in the first substrate and defining and separating pixels; and a micro lens array that is disposed on the anti-reflection structure, in which the anti-reflection structure includes a first insulating layer, a conductive layer, a second insulating layer, and a third insulating layer sequentially stacked, the conductive layer is on the pixel array area, and is not at least in a portion of the edge area where the first conductive pad is arranged, and a voltage is configured to be applied to the conductive layer.

Abstract: Provided is a mouthpiece assembly for a respiration measurement device, the mouthpiece assembly including a first main body including a respiration measurement module, and a mouthpiece detachably coupled to the first main body, wherein the mouthpiece includes a tube adapter having a cylindrical tube shape, and a first tube having a cylindrical tube shape, the first tube being detachably coupled to the tube adapter. The mouthpiece assembly is economically efficient by reducing manufacturing costs.

Abstract: An image sensor includes a first substrate including a focus pixel region and pixel regions around the focus pixel region, each of the focus pixel region and the pixel regions including at least one photoelectric conversion region, color filters provided on the focus pixel region and the pixel regions, respectively, and on a first surface of the first substrate, and micro lenses provided on the color filters, respectively. The micro lenses include an auto-focus lens on the focus pixel region, a first micro lens adjacent to the auto-focus lens, and a standard micro lens spaced apart from the auto-focus lens.

Abstract: Disclosed is an image sensor including a substrate that includes a plurality of pixel sections and having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, an antireflective layer disposed on the second surface of the substrate, a passivation layer disposed on the antireflective layer, a plurality of color filters disposed on the passivation layer and corresponding pixel sections, a plurality of micro-lenses disposed on the color filters, and a gap region that separates the micro-lenses from each other. The gap region extends between the color filters and separates the color filters from each other. The gap region exposes a portion of a top surface of the passivation layer. A thickness of the passivation layer is less than a thickness of the antireflective layer.
