The controller may determine whether the LiDAR sensor is obstructed due to contamination of the protective window using the LiDAR sensor, may determine whether a driving situation satisfies a safe operating condition of the cleaning device based on the driving information when obstruction of the LiDAR sensor is confirmed, and may remove contamination of the protective window through the cleaning device when the driving situation satisfies the operating condition.
