The resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a resin component A as a matrix and 5 to 300 parts by weight of a resin component B dispersed in the matrix. The resin component B has two or more cyclic structures selected from the group consisting of an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon group, and a heteroaromatic group, and is in a glassy state at use temperature.
