    Abstract: The first fan control circuit controls the rotation speed of the cooling fan in response to the environmental temperature. The second fan control circuit detects the output power capacity of the power supply circuit feeding the load. The second fan control circuit allows cooling fan control in response to the environmental temperature by the first fan control circuit when the output power capacity is at least a prescribed threshold value, and disables rotation control of the cooling fan in response to the environmental temperature by the first fan control circuit to control the fan to a prescribed maximum value.
