The type and quantity thereof are input for all consigned products using an input means 11. After the quantity of consigned products has been confirmed by the salesperson, the total number of product types and total number of product items of the consigned products are input using the input means 11, and the total number of product types and total number of product items calculated by a calculation means 13 based on the input type and quantity of products are compared by a comparison means 14 with the input total number of product types and total number of product items. The result of the comparison is output using an output means 16.
