Abstract: Provided are a system, method, and program capable of performing a data replacement process in databases managed by multiple business systems in a financial institution for the management of the institution. A management information system includes a data replacement unit. The system supports management of a financial institution or a financial holding company group including the financial institution. The data replacement unit receives, from any of the terminals, data for identifying a basic figure to be regenerated in data replacement and a change value of ground data for performing the data replacement, identifies standardized data composing the basic figure identified with the received data, recalculates the standardized data using the received change value of the ground data, and regenerates the basic figure based on the recalculated standardized data, the basic figure being used for the management of the financial institution or the financial holding company group.

Abstract: Among the financial situations of the individual related parties involved in a structured finance project, not only the financial situation of a related party involved in a specific business but also the financial situation of each of its group companies in a business relationship, such as a capital relationship, with enterprises being related parties affect the financial institutions that are involved in the specific business and provide financing. With a computing system, related parties involved in a structured finance project and their group companies can be collectively managed and the range of a risk that arises due to the occurrence of a change in the financial situation of a related party or of a group company can be presented to main offices.

Abstract: In the case of financing across countries, a credit application will be circulated across a plurality of countries, a plurality of branches, and a plurality of departments. Therefore, while a credit application is being circulated, the credit data of a financing related party may be updated. Therefore, there is a need for a method and system capable of decision on a credit application and in turn executing a loan on the basis of the latest credit data. There are provided a method and system capable of reflecting the credit data of a financing related party when updated even before decision, on a credit application, and capable of decision on a credit application and in turn executing a loan on the basis of the latest credit data.

Abstract: Data management for a business client and group companies thereof is manually executed. When a capital tie between companies is changed, supervising offices for the respective companies are responsible for reflecting the change in data about the companies and thus cooperate with one another. A computing system centrally manages the data about the business client and the group companies thereof to allow the supervising offices to share the data. When the capital tie between the companies is changed, each of the supervising offices is made to check the contents for the change based on a relationship between the supervising office and a business client thereof and a relationship between a branch office and a business client thereof. Determination information about whether corporate group data needs to be updated or not is provided to allow corporate group data to be updated to a latest status.

Abstract: A management information system includes: a database compilation unit configured to receive base data managed by the business systems based on respective standards, from the business systems, the base data including data of multiple items and being managed on a record basis; an extraction unit configured to extract data of one or more items out of the received base data; a common code assigning unit configured to generate standardized data manageable based on a unified standard by assigning a common code to the extracted data of the one or more items; and a basic figure generation unit configured to generate a basic figure by combining multiple pieces of the standardized data based on the common code, the basic figure being used for the management of the financial institution or the financial holding company group including the financial institution.

None of conventional systems available to the bank employees in all the offices allow appropriate access control to be performed while complying with laws and regulations that vary among the countries, thus enabling appropriate information to be disclosed to appropriate persons. A system, a method, and a program are provided that allow bank employees in a plurality of countries to access shared information in accordance with the roles & responsibilities of the bank employees while complying with laws and regulations in each country.

The customer information is maintained by a plurality of entities associated with the related parties, and the Deal information and the information of related parties are maintained by a first entity. The Deal information has information of one or more lending offices and information of one or more borrowers. The borrowers and the related parties are associated with the customer information. The borrowers are established by the related parties for structured finance.

Abstract: A credit administration management system includes: a control card storage unit that stores a credit application number, a scheduled signing date, a scheduled credit issuance date, a status, and check completion flags for a plurality of bank rule items in each predetermined term, while associating them with a control card code; and a control card creation unit that registers a record in the control card storage unit in response to reception of the credit application number, a credit application condition part containing a condition for conditionally approving a credit application, and a fulfillment deadline, and a terms and conditions part containing a condition required for lending, the control card creation unit storing a value indicating incompletion in an item to be checked among the plurality of bank rule items based on the credit application condition part and the terms and conditions part.
