  • Patent number: 7072485
Abstract: A meshed etching tunnel made of aluminum is disposed inside a cylindrical quartz reactive chamber, and speaker diaphragms are aligned inside the tunnel at a certain interval. Opposing electrodes are disposed outside the reactive chamber. Plasma is applied at low temperature to prevent heat deformation. Uniform wettability is also assured by the use of the meshed etching tunnel, achieving high productivity. Uniform wettability further stabilizes bonding and improves bonding strength of the speaker diaphragm onto the voice coil and edge, offering a speaker with improved input power durability.

  • Publication number: 20050004940
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for information processing that suppress disturbance occurring when a splice point of spliced stream data is reproduced. A DTS of a TS stream is generated by adding a counter value for one frame by an adder 57. A PTS is generated according to a type of the picture on the basis of the DTS. For an I-picture and a P-picture, the PTS is generated by adding a counter value for three frames to the DTS, whereas for a B-picture, the DTS is generated as the PTS. A PCR is generated by the adder 57 on the basis of the number of pictures in a period from detection of an immediately preceding PCR to detection of the present PCR, as a value resulting from adding a value obtained by multiplying the number of pictures by 3003 to an STC of the immediately preceding PCR. A data replacing unit 72 replaces original values with the generated DTS, PTS, and PCR, and then outputs the result.

  • Patent number: 6757404
Abstract: A diaphragm is gained by the co-molded of a dome part, a voice coil junction part, a cone part and a peripheral part through the injection mold of thermoplastic resin. The thickness of the central part of the dome is made great so that the resonance amplitude in this part becomes small. In addition, an annular rib is integrally provided to the voice coil junction part so as to increase the junction strength between the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin. Thus, the electromagnetic driving force of the voice coil can be effectively transmitted to the diaphragm so that a loud speaker with excellent characteristics can be gained.

  • Patent number: 6680430
Abstract: A speaker edge is made of a thermosetting composition consisting of a polyurethane prepolymer and an inactivated solid polyamine as a latent hardener. A gas is dispersed in the thermosetting composition, prior to feed into a mold, so that it can foam and solidify to give the speaker edge. In a method of making the speaker edge, the composition will be injected into a female mold segment heated below the critical thermosetting temperature, foaming the composition. Then placed in the female segment is a male segment heated above the critical temperature, causing the ingredients to react with each other to solidify in the mold.
