The agent contains a modified organic silicone oil, which is represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein X.sup.1, X.sup.2 and X.sup.3 respectively stand for CH.sub.3 or a long chain alkyl group having 10-30 carbon atoms and at least one of X.sup.1, X.sup.2 and X.sup.3 is a long chain alkyl group having 10-30 carbon atoms and m and n are respectively 20-80 and 3-10. This agent has excellent water repellency and glazing effect as well as excellent operability.
