    Abstract: In a conveying apparatus (used in assembling for example, semiconductors), workpieces are conveyed and distributed to each one of a plurality of processing devices such as bonders via a single conveying line that is made up with a plurality of conveyors provided for each processing device. Sensors are used for checking the workpieces to control the conveyors so that workpieces are avoided from colliding with each other.
