  • Patent number: 9284929
Abstract: An electromagnetic fuel injection valve includes: a valve element which closes a fuel passage by coming into contact with a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by going away from the valve seat; an electromagnet which includes a coil and a magnetic core formed as a drive portion for driving the valve element; a movable element which is held by the valve element in a state where the movable element is displaceable in the direction of a drive force of the valve element relative to the valve element; a first biasing portion for biasing the valve element in the direction opposite to the direction of a drive force generated by the drive portion; a second biasing portion for biasing the movable element in the direction of the drive force with a biasing force smaller than the biasing force generated by the first biasing portion; and a restricting portion for restricting the displacement of the movable element in the direction of the drive force relative to the valve element.

  • Patent number: 6640627
Abstract: A fluid flow meter is disposed in a conduit. A casing of the flow meter includes a main body section defining a circuit board installation recess, and has a peripheral wall section projecting from the main body section so as to surround the circuit board installation recess. A part of the peripheral wall section is cut out to form an installation plate insertion groove. A silicon-containing filler is disposed in the board installation recess of the casing to cover the circuit board. A fluorine-containing sealant is disposed in the board installation recess close to the installation plate insertion groove so as to seal the installation plate insertion groove and maintain the silicon-containing filler inside the board installation recess.

Abstract: An fluid flow meter for measuring a flow amount of gas. The fluid flow meter comprising a casing installed to a conduit in which a measured gas flows. The casing includes a main body section defining a board installation recess, and a peripheral wall section projecting from the main body section and surrounding the board installation recess. A part of the peripheral wall section is cut out to form an installation plate insertion groove, the part abutting to an inside of the conduit. An installation plate is provided including a board installation section disposed in the board installation recess, and an element installation section extending from the board installation section through the installation plate insertion groove to an outside of the board installation recess. A circuit board is disposed on the board installation section of the installation plate, electronic parts being provided to the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 6022199
Abstract: A reciprocating compressor is provided. Compression chambers are formed on at least one end of pistons slidably received within respective cylinder bores of a cylinder block. A cylinder head is secured to the cylinder block and has a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber formed therein. A separating member is arranged between the cylinder block and the cylinder head. The separating member has a valve sheet, a valve plate, a stopper plate. The valve sheet is formed with suction valves and discharge valves. The valve plate is arranged between the valve sheet and the cylinder block, and formed with refrigerant outlet ports and relief holes each opening into a corresponding one of the compression chambers, for communicating with a corresponding one of refrigerant inlet ports formed through the stopper plate when the corresponding suction valve opens.

  • Patent number: 5800147
Abstract: There is provided a swash plate compressor which ensures reduction of pulsation of refrigerant gas during operation thereof and at the same time enhances mechanical efficiency of the compressor. Refrigerant gas delivered from front-side compression chambers is introduced into a front-side discharge chamber, and refrigerant gas delivered from rear-side compression chambers is introduced into a rear-side discharge chamber. At least two refrigerant outlet passages each arranged in a fashion parallel with a plurality of cylinder bores which extend longitudinally through a cylinder block communicate the front-side discharge chamber with the rear-side discharge chamber. A discharge port which is formed in a head secured to a front-side end or rear-side end of the cylinder block permits the refrigerant gas within the front-side and rear-side discharge chambers to be discharged out of the head. One of the at least two refrigerant outlet passages is communicated with the discharge port.

  • Patent number: 5709535
Abstract: A reciprocating compressor includes a cylinder block having a plurality of compression chambers formed therein and a cylinder head secured to the cylinder block and having a high-pressure chamber formed therein. A first member is arranged between the cylinder block and the cylinder head and has a plurality of discharge ports formed therethrough for communicating the plurality of compression chambers to the high-pressure chamber. The reciprocating compressor comprises a second member having a plurality of discharge valves formed therewith for opening and closing the plurality of discharge valves, and a third member having a plurality of stoppers formed therewith for each setting a proper limit to resilient deformation of a corresponding one of the plurality of stoppers.
