  • Patent number: 11712769
Abstract: The collecting mechanism includes a holding unit and a controller. The holding unit has a pair of arms, and can sandwich a machined portion with the pair of arms. The holding unit can be switched between a holding state and a standby state. In the holding state, the pair of arms is closed to be in contact with the circumferential surface of the machined portion to sandwich the machined portion. In the standby state, the pair of arms is opened so as to stay near the circumferential surface of the machined portion with a space between the arms and the circumferential surface of the machined portion. The controller monitors whether cutting-off of the machined portion has been completed to keep the holding unit in the standby state before completion of the cutting-off and to switch the holding unit from the standby state to the holding state at the time of completion of the cutting-off.

  • Publication number: 20230230567
Abstract: Provided are an electronic percussion instrument and a hit detection method. An overhang portion constituting the outer edge part of an edge frame is positioned further radially outward than the outer edge of a bow frame. Consequently, when the overhang portion is hit, the vibration resulting from the hit is detected by an edge sensor attached to the edge frame. In this way, it is possible to detect whether the overhang portion (the edge portion of an electronic cymbal has been hit by means of vibration detection by the edge sensor instead of by means of pressure detection by a sheet sensor.

  • Publication number: 20230169944
Abstract: A frame body fixed to a membrane 10 is divided into multiple long-side frame bodies 11 and a short-side frame body aligned in a peripheral direction of a frame 3. Tension is applied to the frame body 10 by pulling each frame body 11, 12. Accordingly, it is not necessary to make the shape of each frame body 11, 12 consistent with the frame 3 (support part 30) in a complicated polygonal shape, and the shape of each frame body 11, 12 can be formed as a linear shape. Therefore, the shape of each frame body 11, 12 hardly varies. In addition, even if the shape of each frame body 11, 12 varies, tension can be uniformly applied to the membrane 10, as it is configured that each frame body 11, 12 is pulled to apply tension to the membrane 10.

  • Patent number: 11254007
Abstract: A machine tool is disclosed which can suppress resonance of an in-machine robot even when vibration occurs during machining of a workpiece. Vibration of the in-machine robot is detected by a vibration sensor of the in-machine robot. When the vibration of the in-machine robot becomes greater than or equal to a threshold during machining of the workpiece, a controller changes a natural frequency of the in-machine robot by exchanging an end effector of the in-machine robot or by changing an orientation of the in-machine robot, to thereby suppress resonance of the in-machine robot.

  • Patent number: 10923091
Abstract: Provided is an instrument pedal device that can be quieter when operated. According to the present invention, a pedal is rotatably supported on a base part by a first shaft. A rotation part is rotatably supported on the base part by a second shaft. A connection part is rotatably supported on the pedal by a third shaft. The connection part is rotatably supported on the rotation part by a fourth shaft. Urging force that is for making the pedal, as rotated from an initial position, return to the initial position is applied by a spring. The pedal can rotate from the initial position to a lowermost position in which the second shaft, the third shaft, and the fourth shaft are in the same plane. The urging force of the spring increases the closer the pedal gets to the lowermost position.
