  • Patent number: 9247187
Abstract: A panel of a plasma display apparatus includes a front substrate and a back substrate arranged in opposition to this front substrate, and an outer circumferential portion of the front substrate and an outer circumferential portion of the back substrate are adhered to each other by a sealing material. The panel is held on a front side of a chassis base portion of a chassis member. The conductive member is fixed to a back cover of a casing by a first fixing member arranged inside a portion where the conductive member is fixed to the chassis member. The conductive member is fixed to the back cover also by a second fixing member arranged outside the portion where the conductive member is fixed to the chassis member. • Patent number: 8777009
Abstract: A packing structure for a liquid crystal display device includes a packing box for storing the liquid crystal display device and shock-absorbing members. The shock-absorbing members are stored in the packing box together with the liquid crystal display device so as to be interposed between the liquid crystal display device and the packing box. A side wall of a groove of the shock-absorbing member has a plurality of shock-absorbing surfaces with the gap with the display panel larger in the inside of the display panel than in the outside of the display panel. A central shock-absorbing member is disposed on the inside of the display panel deeper than the shock-absorbing face. The gap between the central shock-absorbing member and the display panel is larger than that between the shock-absorbing face and the display panel.

  • Patent number: 6724138
Abstract: The present invention provides a color cathode ray including a pair of long frames, a pair of opposing short frames that are fixed to the pair of long frames and support the long frames, and a shadow mask fixed to the pair of long frames in a state applied with a tensile force. The short frames have substantially-triangular bent parts formed to protrude toward the shadow mask. Since such a cathode ray tube can decrease an internal moment of the shadow mask structure, the displacement of the shadow mask in a direction to recede from the phosphor screen surface of the color cathode ray tube can be suppressed and the q-value deviation also can be suppressed even if the shadow mask is expanded by heat generated by an impact of electron beams.
