    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a metal clad laminated plate includes hot pressing a laminated body by a double belt press method. The laminated body includes an insulating film containing the liquid crystal polymer and the metal foil lying on the insulating film. In hot pressing the laminated body, a highest heating temperature is higher than or equal to a temperature lower than a melting point of the insulating film by 5° C. and lower than or equal to a temperature higher than the melting point by 20° C. The highest heating temperature is maintained for longer than or equal to 20 seconds and shorter than or equal to 120 seconds.

An inspection system is equipped with a first conveyor, inspection device, cover, camera, controller and display. The first conveyor transports baggage to the inspection device. The inspection device captures transmitted-light images of the baggage using light that transmits through the baggage. The cover covers a transport path of the baggage to prevent a hand of a visitor from being inserted into an image shooting area where electromagnetic waves that are harmful to the human body are irradiated. The camera captures visible-light images of the baggage using visible light. The controller controls the first conveyor, inspection device, camera and display. Under control of the controller, the display simultaneously displays a transmitted-light image and a visible-light image of the baggage.

The transport apparatus is coupled to a transfer apparatus, which is used to construct a transfer network using a network protocol different from an MPLS-TP protocol and uses the network protocol to establish a path in the transfer network in an autonomous distributed manner. The control apparatus and the transfer apparatus use the network protocol of the transfer network to transmit/receive, via the transport apparatus, control messages for controlling the transfer network. The transport apparatus avoids notifying the transfer apparatus of the fact that the control apparatus is not in a normal state, in a case where the path established in the transport network is determined as the normal state, even the control apparatus is determined as the abnormal state.
