An air intake valve (160) connects the conduit (150) to the atmosphere. The air intake valve (160) is a one-way valve that prevents sub-atmospheric pressures in the conduit (150) by allowing air to enter the conduit (150) when the pressure in the conduit (140) is lower than atmospheric pressure.
