    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing a wound dressing delivery system. The wound dressing delivery system is formed by extruding first and second thermoplastic resins onto the surface of a carrier sheet to form first and second thermoplastic films; the first thermoplastic film functions as a temporary support for the second thermoplastic film and the second thermoplastic film functions as a wound dressing and has a moisture vapor transmission rate of greater than 300 grams/square meter/24 hours (ASTM E-96:37.8.degree. C./90% R.H.). The first thermpolastic resin is extruded onto the surface of the carrier sheet and the second thermoplastic resin is extruded onto the surface of the first thermoplastic film such that the first thermoplastic film is interposed between the carrier sheet and the second thermoplastic film.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to production of a photographic film assembly substantially free of optical pinholes for use as a base for negatives in self-developing film packs. The assembly comprises a paper layer and first and second layers of polyolefin adhered to opposite sides of the paper layer. The paper layer has a caliper of about 2 mils to about 4.5 mils and a basis weight of about 55 g/m.sup.2 to about 125 g/m.sup.2. The first and second polyolefin layers each have a layer weight of about 10 g/m.sup.2 to about 48 g/m.sup.2. Carbon black is uniformly dispersed in at least two out of the three layers. The total amount of carbon black in the assembly is about 2.5 g/m.sup.2 to about 4.0 g/m.sup.2.

    Abstract: A process is provided for the preparation of a release paper for casting thermoplastic films comprising applying an aqueous coating composition containing an adhesion primer to at least one surface of a paper substrate, and drying the coated substrate. Thereafter, applying a molten film of a low density polyethylene over the coated surface, the molten film of low density polyethylene having an extrusion melt temperature of from about 425.degree. F. to about 575.degree. F., adhering the low density polyethylene film to the coated surface and cooling the low density polyethylene film to a temperature below the melt point of the low density polyethylene. A release paper for casting thermoplastic films is produced comprising a paper substrate and a layer of low density polyethylene adhered to at least one surface of the paper substrate. The polyethylene layer is adhered to the paper substrate by a layer of an adhesion primer. The low density polyethylene has a density of from about 0.
