  • Patent number: 6059120
Abstract: A device for washing out and classifying organic, clay-like and other impurities from gravel, comprising a charging chute for feeding material into a washing trough. The washing trough comprises a conveyor belt designed to move in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the flow of material and a plurality of shower devices designed to act against the direction of travel of the belt. The conveyor belt is supported by a series of support rollers and tension rollers.

  • Patent number: 6044979
Abstract: A device for classifying superfine material from continuously fed granular solids which has a charging chute feeding the material into a washing trough. The washing trough is formed by a conveyor belt, which is mounted on a machine frame. A part of the conveyor belt forms the washing trough downstream of the charging chute. Another part of the conveyor belt is arranged below the charging chute, and is elevated against the direction of flow of the charged material. The charging chute has a false bottom above the washing trough and in the material feed area. The false bottom is adjoined by a gap on the head end of the washing trough. The gap extends over the entire width of the trough. The remaining area of the charging chute is perforated. In another embodiment, a vat is arranged at the end of the washing trough and extends over the entire width and depth of the washing trough. The vat has a flow of liquid passing over it and is filled with spherical elements of different shapes, sizes and surfaces.

  • Patent number: 5984107
Abstract: A vibratory drive for use with a screening machine for draining and/or sizing of grain solids, the drive having two eccentric shafts which are driven synchronously and in counterrotation and which have different unbalanced masses 7, 8. The eccentric shafts are arranged as near as possible to the mass center 16 of the screening machine. The angle of the mass forces of the unbalanced masses 7, 8 of the eccentric shafts includes an angle of 60.degree. to 90.degree., preferably 90.degree., between the main direction of oscillation 18, i.e., the long axis 19 of the ellipse oscillation as a resultant of the centrifugal forces, and the zero line 17, i.e., the tie line of the eccentric shafts.

  • Patent number: 4696736
Abstract: The device has an endless conveyor belt 29 supported on support rollers 17, 18, 18', 6, 32, 31, 7, which forms a washing trough 30, to which the material to be washed is fed via a chute 12. The device is mounted on a machine frame 1, which comprises individual supports 2 and 26. The entire device is fixed to a rectangular base frame 3 surrounding the device, which is pivotally arranged at one end transversely to the direction of travel 10 of the conveyor belt 29 on a bearer 4 and axles 5, while on the opposite side/end is fitted a height adjustment mechanism between the device or the frame 26 and the base frame 3.
