  • Patent number: 8191201
Abstract: The invention is based on a connection element (16, 44, 50, 66, 74, 80) for connecting a wiper blade (10), which has at least one spring rail (14) as a supporting element, to a wiper arm in an articulated manner, with the connection element (16, 44, 50, 66, 74, 80) having claws (22, 46, 52) which are integrally formed on the side of a base part (18) and, in the mounted state, surround and retain the spring rail (14) by the base part (18) being supported on a part of a wiper rubber (12) which is arranged between the spring rail (14) and the base part (18, 56, 68, 70). The invention proposes that the connection element (16, 44, 50, 66, 74, 80) has means (28, 58, 60, 68, 72, 76, 78, 82, 84) with which the surface pressure between the base part (18, 56, 68, 70) and the wiper rubber (12) is locally increased.

  • Patent number: 7644483
Abstract: The invention relates to a method to manufacture a wiper blade (10) as well as a device to perform the method and a wiper blade (10) that is manufactured accordingly, wherein the wiper blade (10) features at least a basic body (56) featuring a wiper strip (24) and a supporting element (12). According to the method, the basic body (56) is supposed to be positioned in a holding device (58) in such a way that a clearance (63) remains between the supporting element (12) and holding device (58) at least in areas. The wind deflector strip (44) is gripped, at least one claw (46, 48) formed on the wind deflector strip (44) is threaded on the supporting element (12) and the wind deflector strip (44) is placed over the supporting element (12).

  • Patent number: 6933653
Abstract: An armature according to the invention is comprised of a number of lamination modules, wherein each module has a beginning region and an end region that are each fastened to the rotor shaft so that even in the presence of very high torques, the holding force for the sheet metal laminations between the beginning region and end region is so great that they do not shift.

  • Publication number: 20040066112
Abstract: An armature according to the prior art, which is comprised of sheet metal laminations and in which only a beginning region and an end region of the lamination bundle comprised of the sheet metal laminations are fastened to a rotor shaft by means of a press fit, has the disadvantage that sheet metal laminations between the beginning region and the end region shift in the presence of very high torques.
