  • Publication number: 20210137626
Abstract: A mounting adapter for detachably attaching a sterile cover to an objective of a microscope includes a passage for inserting the objective. A drape-lens or light-transparent disc is arranged in the passage such that it adopts an oblique angle to the longitudinal axis of the passage. The mounting adapter includes a latching device for an axially holding of the mounting adapter on the objective inserted into the passage. A positioning geometry causes a reproducible target angular positioning or target rotational alignment of the mounting adapter on the objective by its axial attachment to fulfil its positioning function independently and separately from the latching device.

  • Patent number: 9289216
Abstract: A surgical clip is provided having two clip arms and a resiliently flexible element via which the two clip arms are connected to each other. The two clip arms each have a first free end, these first free ends being held parallel to and in contact with each other with a predetermined closing force by the resiliently flexible element when the clip is in a rest position. The clip arms are held at a second end opposite the free end on the resiliently flexible element. The clip arms have between their first and second ends sections configured to cross each other. The clip arms further have stop elements configured to complement each other. The stop elements are adapted to be brought in mutual contact when the clip is transferred from the rest position to an application position in which the free ends are spaced apart from each other.

  • Publication number: 20140296740
Abstract: In an implantable pressure measuring device, in particular for measuring an intracranial pressure, is provided. In order to simplify production, it is proposed that the pressure measuring device comprises an implant housing and a pressure measuring sensor, which is arranged in the implant housing, with one or more load cell(s). The implant housing has an opening. The pressure measuring sensor is provided with a coating applied directly to the load cell(s). The pressure measuring sensor is arranged in the implant housing in such a way that the opening provides direct access to the load cell(s) for a fluid surrounding the pressure measuring device and therefore the surrounding pressure acts directly on the coated load cell(s) of the pressure measuring sensor. The coating is produced from a para-xylylene-based polymer material.
