Klaus Dolle has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Publication number: 20080210391
Abstract: The present invention serves for loading a pulp suspension (S) with calcium carbonate. Liquid calcium hydroxide as milk of lime (7) is added during or before the pulp operation (1) carried out to form the pulp. By introducing gaseous carbon dioxide (8) into the pulp suspension thus treated, a chemical reaction is triggered therein, in which the finely divided calcium carbonate is precipitated. The present invention is particularly economic and effective due to the early addition of calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide.

  • Publication number: 20070068640
Abstract: Method for loading a fibrous stock suspension which contains cellulose fibers with calcium carbonate, comprising the following process steps: Adding calcium hydroxide in liquid or dry form, or calcium oxide into the fibrous stock suspension, Adding of gaseous carbon dioxide into the fibrous stock suspension, Precipitation of calcium carbonate through the carbon dioxide and Refining of the fibrous stock suspension during the loading process and washing of the fibrous stock suspension after the crystallizing process and/or the refining process and/or during the refining process and/or after the refining process.

  • Publication number: 20060113051
Abstract: Method and device for producing a fibrous suspension used for producing a tissue web or hygiene web. The fibers contained in the fibrous suspension are, in an online process, directly loaded with a filler in the tissue preparation line by a chemical precipitation reaction.

  • Patent number: 6708423
Abstract: Device and process for dewatering a fibrous material web by expelling water via gas pressure. The dewatering device includes at least four rolls arranged to radially limit at least one pressure chamber and sealing units arranged to axially limit the at least one pressure chamber. Adjustment devices are arranged to at least partially individually axially adjust positions of the at least four rolls and the sealing units. A pressure gas is introducible into and the fibrous material web is guidable through the at least one pressure chamber.

  • Patent number: 6047834
Abstract: Process for manufacturing a sifting device (or strainer baskets) for use in, e.g., in the paper industry for sorting and/or filtering fiber pulp suspensions. Sorter slits may be created between a plurality of substantially parallel rods inserted into respective insets formed in a support element. The rods may be securely held in place by first inserting the rods into the insets and then by permanently bonding the placement of the rods in the support elements with a bonding agent, e.g., as hard-soldering or brazing.
