  • Patent number: 8879216
Abstract: The invention relates to a circuit arrangement (10) for a control device, and a method for operating said circuit arrangement (10). The circuit arrangement (10) comprises a first field-effect transistor (12) actuating the control device, and a comparator, which compares the voltage provided for actuating the control device with a threshold voltage, and which actuates a timed operation of the first field-effect transistor (12) via a control unit (20) if the threshold voltage is exceeded.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 19, 2010
Date of Patent: November 4, 2014
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
    Inventors: Ralph Bauer, Klaus Dressler

  • Patent number: 5936827
Abstract: A device for controlling at least one electromagnetic load, which includes a first switching device arranged between a first terminal of a supply voltage and a first terminal of at least one load, and a second switching device arranged between a first terminal of an assigned load and the second terminal of the supply voltage. The energy released during the transition from a first higher current (IH) to a second lower current (IH) is stored in a storage device.

  • Patent number: 5907466
Abstract: A device and a process for activating at least two electromagnetic loads, in particular solenoid valves for controlling the amount of fuel to be injected. The load is connected to a voltage source through a bridge circuit. Furthermore, devices for stepping up the voltage are connected in parallel with the voltage source.
    Type: Grant

    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
    Inventors: Klaus Dressler, Torsten Henke
  • Patent number: 5572111
Abstract: A device for regulating a voltage drop across a load, particularly an electromagnetic load, includes an actuator connected in series with the load, a ground and a supply voltage. A first current balancing circuit provides an actual current which corresponds to the voltage across the load. A current source establishes a desired current. A second current balancing circuit provides a signal for actuation of the actuator as a function of a comparison of the actual current with the desired current, the actuator thereby regulating the voltage across the load.

  • Patent number: 4905524
Abstract: An arrangement comprising a torsionally stressed machine part including two operatively connected torsional spring elements spaced from each other, extending parallel to each other, each spring element being subjected to a separate input torque and having a different spring constant, and a sensor located at a comparision point of the two spring elements for detecting a differential of two input angles of rotation of the two spring elements whereby a differential of the two input torques is determined.
