  • Publication number: 20240094850
Abstract: A touch sensor includes a touch structure including a touch interface and an inner interface arranged opposite to the touch interface; a capacitive ultrasonic transmitter arranged inside an enclosed interior volume and configured to transmit an ultrasonic transmit wave towards the touch structure; a capacitive ultrasonic receiver arranged inside the enclosed interior volume and configured to receive at least one ultrasonic reflected wave produced from the ultrasonic transmit wave via internal reflection; a coupling medium that fills an area between the inner interface and the capacitive ultrasonic receiver, wherein an external force applied to the touch interface is configured to impart an internal pressure onto the capacitive ultrasonic receiver through the coupling medium; and a sensor circuit configured to convert the at least one ultrasonic reflected wave into a measurement signal and detect the external force based on the measurement signal.

  • Patent number: 6722931
Abstract: An amphibian bridge-forming and ferrying vehicle has a self-propelled main floating body having a main deck and two foldable lateral floating bodies having a lateral deck, respectively. Two foldable, hydraulically liftable and lowerable folding ramps with a ramp base and a ramp tip are provided. The folding ramps are connected to the lateral floating bodies. The ramp tips rest against the topside of the ramp bases, respectively, when the folding ramps are in a folded position. The main deck, the lateral decks, and the folding ramps together form a continuous roadway.

  • Patent number: 6611982
Abstract: A military quick launching bridge system has a bridge with two track supports and a laying mechanism, having an advancing support with two support sections A laying device cooperates with the laying mechanism and has a hydraulic device, a cable pull, and an electronic control. The track supports have parallel ramps with transverse pipes near their ends, and the support sections have transverse beams near their ends engaging the transverse pipes of the ramps. A pin wheel gear is provided on the advancing support. The support sections have running surfaces for supporting rollers of the laying device. The laying device has a transverse transporter with a telescoping pipe on gliding plates, supporting rollers for the ramps on the telescope pipe, and drivers adjacent to the supporting rollers. Expanding cylinders extend and retract the telescoping pipe and the ramps.
