Abstract: A wiper squeegee is mounted in the holding claws of a support frame. The capability of the wiper squeegee to shift in the longitudinal direction is limited by a fixed first stop on a first end of the support frame and a second stop which can move between a holding position and a release position on a second end of the support frame. An end piece on which the second stop is mounted is fastened on the second end of the support frame so that the end piece can rotate around a geometric axis which runs at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper squeegee. This end piece can be locked, at least in the holding position.

Abstract: A replacement assembly for a wiper blade for cleaning the windshield of a motor vehicle includes an elastic wiper blade assembly that has a top part and a wiper lip, with one respective elastic rail inserted into two lateral longitudinal grooves in the top part and retained therein by a retaining clip. An end piece on the end and the retaining clip both hold the elastic rails in the longitudinal grooves. The end piece is attached to one end of the wiper blade assembly, with said end piece securing the wiper blade assembly on the wiper blade frame in the longitudinal direction with the end to insure simple and safe handling of the replacement assembly.

Abstract: A windscreen wiper system having a mounting portion and a wiper arm as well as a wiper arm spring, the contact pressure of the wiper blade exerted on the windscreen is adjusted in that the line of operation of the wiper arm spring is varied through a sliding insert. Moreover, the wiper arm spring is supported by a support lever on the mounting portion.
