    Abstract: Cake of soap with deodorizing action which in addition to the usual additives contains as essential components, referred to 100 parts by weight of base soap,(a) 0.1 to 1 part by weight, preferably 0.2 to 0.5 part by weight, 3,4,4'-trichlorocarbanilide (TCC),(b) 1 to 4 parts by weight of an alkyl phenol polyglycol ether of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R is an alkyl radical with 6 to 12 carbon atoms and n stands for one of the numbers 10 to 16, and(c) 0.05 to 1 part by weight wool wax alcohol.
