  • Publication number: 20200215719
Abstract: The present invention provides a wet press process and admixture components for making concrete slabs (flags), curb (kerb) units, panels, boards, and other flat shapes, whereby colloidal silica and at least one alkanolamine and optional rheology control components are employed to provide an ideal combination of pressing time, green strength, surface definition, stack-ability, final concrete strength, and permeability. Stack-ability can be expressed in terms of minimum deflection or non-eccentricity of the units while standing on thickness edges at distances apart less than width or standing height. A wet press process typically involves introducing a highly fluid concrete mix into a mold, applying hydraulic pressure to consolidate the concrete (e.g.

  • Patent number: 7735264
Abstract: A motor vehicle door has a door body formed from a door inner part and a door outer panel fastened thereto. The door body has a shaft opening for a window shaft located inside the door body, and a shaft reinforcement fastened to the door inner part. The reinforcement extends below the shaft opening and supports the door outer panel via a downwardly bent flange of the door outer panel. A window seal for the shaft opening is received in a fastening groove formed by an upright longitudinal web of the shaft reinforcement and the downwardly bent flange.

  • Publication number: 20090134304
Abstract: A system for fastening an exterior mirror to a vehicle door has a reinforcement which is disposed fixedly in the vehicle door. The reinforcement has an insertion channel which receives an exterior mirror foot and a clamping device which can be actuated by at least one screw. A passage opening which is aligned with the insertion channel and is intended for the exterior mirror foot is provided in a door outer skin, and the at least one screw of the clamping device is accessible via an upwardly open door channel of the vehicle door.

  • Patent number: 7516514
Abstract: A door stopper for a motor vehicle door has a piston-cylinder unit arranged basically longitudinally inside the motor vehicle door. The unit is connected in a swiveling manner at a first end with the motor vehicle door and is able to interact at a second end with a stationary structural section of the motor vehicle. In order to ensure that the door stopper requires only a small installation space, the door stopper includes a multi-part lever mechanism, which transforms a swiveling motion of the motor vehicle door chiefly into a back and forth thrusting motion, upon door opening or closing, on the piston-cylinder unit. A first lever of the lever mechanism can be guided out of the motor vehicle door and can be connected with the stationary structural section on a first swiveling axis.

  • Patent number: 7325862
Abstract: A motor vehicle door has a lateral impact protection device with a lateral impact beam and a fastening device to connect the lateral impact beam to a door part. The fastening device has a fastening bracket being a cast part and is connected to the door part. The fastening bracket has a fork-shaped seat for receiving the lateral impact beam. A holding bolt passes through the lateral impact beam and the fork-shaped seat. The fork-shaped seat contains at least two inner surfaces which face the lateral impact beam and lie opposite one another with a spacing and a fork bottom. For ease of production, the fork-shaped seat widens with its inner surfaces in its direction pointing away from the fork bottom. The inner surfaces are configured as unfinished cast surfaces, and the lateral impact beam has a trapezoidal cross section adapted to the widening seat.

  • Publication number: 20070199248
Abstract: A motor vehicle door with a door body is formed from a door inner part and a door outer panel fastened thereto. The door body has toward a top, a shaft opening for a window shaft located inside the door body, and a shaft reinforcement fastened to the door inner part and extends below the shaft opening and on which the door outer panel is supported with its upper flange which lies adjacent to the shaft opening and is bent off downwardly. A window seal is assigned to the shaft opening and is received in a fastening groove formed at least by a first upright longitudinal web of the shaft reinforcement. For production reasons, the downwardly bent-off flange is made as a free-standing wall connected firmly to the shaft reinforcement only with its lower end portion. The free-standing wall delimits the fastening groove laterally together with the longitudinal web.

  • Patent number: 7255201
Abstract: A lifting frame has a stationary vertical mast (outer mast 1), at least one telescoping lifting mast (inner mast 3), and a lifting carriage (4) movable on the lifting mast. At least one hydraulic line (5) installed on the lifting frame discharges at the lifting carriage (4). When the lifting frame is in the retracted position, the hydraulic line (5) forms a loop (S) which is open on top. The hydraulic line (5) is guided in the vicinity of the loop (S) by a tensioning pulley (6) that dips from above into the loop (S). The tensioning pulley (6) is fastened to a pulley carrier (7). The weight of the pulley carrier can be used to generate a bias force that is exerted on the hydraulic line (5), or drive means connected with the pulley carrier (7) can be provided.
