The first end defines a neck having an opening providing access to the cavity. The ring is secured about the neck of the bottle, is spaced from the opening, and defines an exterior ring width measured between a front and a back of the ring. The cap is removably secured about the neck of the bottle. The cap defines an exterior cap width measured between a front and a back of the cap. The exterior cap width is substantially equal to the exterior ring width such when the cap is positioned adjacent the ring, the front of the ring and the front of the cap generally align and the back of the ring and the back of the cap generally align.
