  • Patent number: 11454233
Abstract: A device provides a pneumatic pressure medium via a pressure medium source for at least one pressure medium chamber in particular of a vehicle seat of a motor vehicle. The device has a pressure medium source for the pressure medium and a pressure medium line disposed between the pressure medium source and at least one valve. At least one connection for a pressure medium line is disposed between the valve and the pressure medium chamber. A control module actuates the pressure medium source and the at least one valve. The device further has a housing. A motor of the pressure medium source is located between the control module and a pump of the pressure medium source.

  • Patent number: 6873076
Abstract: An electric drive unit provides a simple and economical electrical connection of an electric motor and an electronic module. The commutator of the electric motor, a brush rocker ring arranged on the commutator, and the drive shaft of the electric motor as well as the carrier body of the electronic module are inserted into a transmission housing. In the transmission housing, the carrier body of the electronic module is positioned so that contact elements provided on the brush rocker ring engage into contact points provided on the carrier body of the electronic module. The electric drive unit can be used for window lifter drives.

  • Patent number: 6753669
Abstract: The displacement of a part e.g. window driven by an electromotor in a vehicle is controlled. A jam is identified by comparing a status value (e.g. current or speed) of the electromotor or the closure device with a characteristic value indicating a jam. The position of e.g. the part is detected. The displacement is controlled based on the identification of a jam and the position of the part. If a jam is indicated, the electromotor is stopped for a short time or is reversed. It is determined whether the position of the part has altered or is altering before and/or after the indicated jam. If so, the closing motion is continued, if not, it is assumed that a jam has occurred and the electromotor is reversed. The stopping or reversing time period is so short to be imperceptible to the naked eye.

  • Patent number: 6545439
Abstract: An electric motor for driving a component, such as a vehicle window lifter or a machine tool, functions as a generator, when the motor drive voltage is switched off and the motor is short circuited. The motor keeps running due to inertia or other influences. During this period after switch-off a generator voltage and respective generator current are produced. The generator current is measured for various purposes, preferably in combination with a measured r.p.m. signal. The generator current signal alone, or in combination with the r.p.m. signal, is evaluated to provide information regarding the motion of the driven component including information regarding the motion direction and position of the component.

  • Publication number: 20030006728
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the displacement motion of a part, moved by an electromotor, of a closure device in a motor vehicle, for example, a window pane control, in the doors of the motor vehicle. A jamming incident is identified by a comparison of at least one status value of the electromotor or of the closure device which status value signifies a jamming incident, for example the motor current or the displacement speed, which a characteristic value that is significant for a jamming incident. In addition, the position of movable body parts, in particular the doors, is detected and the control of the displacement motion is adapted, in accordance with the identification of a jamming incident and the position of the body parts. If the result of the comparison indicates a jamming incident, the electromotor is Stopped for a predetermined short period of time that is preferably hardly perceptible, or the motor is reversed.

  • Publication number: 20030001448
Abstract: Electric drive unit of electric motor and electronic module and transmission. There is suggested a simple and cost-economical method for the electrical connection of electric motor and electronic module. For this purpose, the commutator of the electric motor, a brush rocker arranged on the commutator, and the drive shaft of the electric motor as well as the carrier body of the electronic module are inserted into a transmission housing. In the transmission housing, the carrier body of the electronic module is positioned in such a manner so that contact elements arranged on the brush rocker engage into contact points provided on the carrier body of the electronic module. Electric drive unit for window lifter drives.

  • Patent number: 4017183
Abstract: A process and apparatus for the production of exposed printing plates consisting of a resin layer and a support, said resin layer being prepared from a fluid photopolymerizable material which is introduced into a mold having at least one transparent wall which is covered with an image-bearing transparency, and being exposed through said image-bearing transparency, which causes photopolymerization of the exposed areas of the resin layer and bonds these areas to the support which is provided with an adhesive layer.
