    Abstract: The present invention provides flexible polyurethane foams with bulk densities less than about 15 kg/m3 and compressive strengths less than about 1.5 kPa and a process for producing these foams. The inventive foams are produced where polyisocyanates are reacted with special polyol mixtures in combination with high amounts of water and carbon dioxide dissolved under elevated pressure as the blowing agent.
