  • Patent number: 7820298
Abstract: An antifriction composite system (1) for a bearing part (2), such as a sliding bearing part, with a metallic backing (3) and a functional coating (4), which comprises a top layer (5) with a friction-reducing effect. The functional coating (4) has an elastomer layer (6) lying directly under the top layer (5). The invention also relates to a bearing part (2) with an antifriction composite system (1) of this type.

  • Patent number: 7717407
Abstract: The invention relates to a sleeve, in particular an outer sleeve assembly for an elastomer bearing (3), with a first, outer sleeve part (1) forming a slit (S1) being arranged coaxially with a second, inner sleeve part (2), which likewise comprises a slit (S2). The outer sleeve part (1) is, on its inner peripheral surface (I1), and the inner sleeve part (2) is, on its outer peripheral surface (O2), provided with a bonding-agent layer (HS1, HS2). The slits (S1, S2) of the sleeve parts (1, 2) are staggered in relation to one another.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sleeve, in particular outer sleeve for an elastomer bearing (3), with an annular sleeve part (1) comprising a slit (S1), the sleeve part (1) forming a first, outer sleeve part (1) and being arranged coaxially with a second, inner sleeve part (2), which likewise comprises a slit (S2). The outer sleeve part (1) is, on its inner peripheral surface (I1), and the inner sleeve part (2) is, on its inner peripheral surface (I2) and on its outer peripheral surface (O2), provided in each case with a bonding-agent layer (HS1, HS2). The slits (S1, S2) of the sleeve parts (1, 2) are staggered in relation to one another.

  • Patent number: 6029511
Abstract: The invention provides a method for detecting the wheel rpm values of the nondriven and the driven wheels and for comparing them with one another in order to improve vehicle stability, for example when the driving torque of the engine is too high. A friction clutch located between the drive motor and the wheels in the drive train is disengaged when the rpm of the driven wheels is less than the rpm of the nondriven wheels and the difference between the two wheel rpm values exceeds a given limiting value. The friction clutch is re-engaged when the difference between the two wheel rpm values reaches or falls below a second limiting value.
