  • Patent number: 12103203
Abstract: In order to be able to operate a dust separator with or without a lower closure element (44), the closure element (44) is part of a separate closure unit (40) which is mounted under the dust separator if required. For this purpose, the dust separator, the closure unit (40) and optionally further components, such as a delivery flow generator, are kept available in a kit so as to be able to assemble the treatment unit as required. The dust separator can be operated in batches by means of the closure element (44).

  • Patent number: 11925959
Abstract: In batchwise operation, the granulate grains (4) are filled into the dedusting container (9), which has no closure element at the lower granule outlet opening (25) and in which the whirling nozzles (31) for introducing compressed air are arranged in a lower cone (28), and—in particular depending on the filling level in the intermediate container (14) below—are filled into the dedusting container (9) either dropped downwards without counterflow (32), dedusting being effected by conveying out the introduced air, optionally due to the negative pressure at the upper air outlet opening, whereby only freely suspended dust particles are sucked off or already during the filling process a counterflow (32) is introduced, which partially does not allow the filled granulate grains (4) to fall through the granulate outlet opening (25) but holds them quasi floating at the level of the lower third or lower quarter of the dedusting container (9).

  • Publication number: 20120282062
Abstract: The invention provides an alternative improved use of using screws, spikes and nails in joining pieces of wood. The intent of making use of the above named devices is to use a simple procedure to join separate pieces of wood using the Nail Screw or Twin Spike or Twin Nail. This is easily accomplished by using a Drill and Bit as the primary method by drilling the Nail Screw end into the wood. The secondary method would be to hammer the Twin Spike or Twin Nail using a simple tool fitting over the shank. For either method, in most cases, pre drilling would be appropriate. When using the Nail Screw, pre drilling would simplify the wood joinery. The end result would be that in most cases no metal part is visible after completion of the task.
