Abstract: A method and system for analysis documentation are provided. The method includes issuing a call statement based on a manipulation of data by a user in an application. The method also includes recording a voice file, a screen capture file, and a meta-file associated with the data manipulated by the user. The method further includes linking the voice file, the screen capture file, and the meta-file in an association, and storing the voice file, the meta-file, the screen capture file, and the association such that a user may search according to the meta-file, select a meta-file, and play back the associated voice file while displaying the screen capture file.
