Abstract: The device is a combination of a vehicle having a front and a rear end and two opposite sides located therebetween, and a lighting device disposed at the front and rear ends and having a device for directing rays of light in respective main beams extending forwardly of the front end and rearwardly of the rear end and in fan-like fashion rearwardly from the front end and forwardly from the rear end along the two opposite sides so that the fan-like rays from the front and rear ends overlap and the vehicle is completely surrounded by light.
