  • Publication number: 20240170355
Abstract: An electronic package is provided, in which an electronic element is disposed on a carrier structure, and an interposer is stacked on the electronic element. Further, a wire is connected to the interposer and grounds the carrier structure, such that the wire and the interposer surround the electronic element. Therefore, the wire can be used as a shielding element when the electronic package is in operation to prevent the electronic element from being subjected to external electromagnetic interference.

  • Publication number: 20240155185
Abstract: A channel hiatus correction method for an HDMI device is provided. A recovery code from scrambled data of the stream is obtained. A liner feedback shift register (LFSR) value of channels of the HDMI port is obtained based on the recovery code and the scrambled data of the stream. The stream is de-scrambled according to the LFSR value of the channels of the HDMI port. Video data is displayed according to the de-scrambled stream.

  • Publication number: 20240096784
Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an integrated chip including an extended via that spans a combined height of a wire and a via and that has a smaller footprint than the wire. The extended via may replace a wire and an adjoining via at locations where the sizing and the spacing of the wire are reaching lower limits. Because the extended via has a smaller footprint than the wire, replacing the wire and the adjoining via with the extended via relaxes spacing and allows the size of the pixel to be further reduced. The extended via finds application for capacitor arrays used for pixel circuits.

  • Patent number: 11929722
Abstract: The present invention provides an audio control circuit comprising an USB interface and a processing circuit is disclosed. The USB interface is used to connect to a host device, and the processing circuit is configured to perform enumeration with the host device via the USB interface, and the processing circuit is further configured to determine if the host device operates in a BIOS stage or an operating system stage to generate a control signal according to packets of the enumeration. When the processing circuit determines that the host device operates in the BIOS stage, the processing circuit generates the control signal to enable a de-pop circuit; and when the processing circuit determines that the host device operates in the operating system stage, the processing circuit generates the control signal to disable the de-pop circuit.

  • Patent number: 9143596
Abstract: A voice communication apparatus is provided. The voice communication apparatus includes a control unit, a hand-held voice transceiver, a position status detector, a first switch and a one-way signal transmitter. The position status detector generates status information by detecting a position status of the hand-held voice transceiver. The first switch turns on or cuts off a connection path between the hand-held voice transceiver and the control unit according to the status information. The one-way signal transmitter is coupled between the position status detector and the control unit, and transmits the status information to the control unit.
