    Abstract: Provided is a tweeter unit having an improved sound diaphragm and an integral support frame incorporating a sound diaphragm and a magnet as well as integrating an upper washer and a ring packing. The tweeter unit includes: a base frame; an improved integral support frame, including an upper clamp groove and a lower clamp groove, assembled at the base frame; at least one magnet, assembled in the lower clamp groove; an improved sound diaphragm, assembled in the upper clamp groove; and a sleeve frame, including a plurality of openings and a sleeve portion, and sleeved outside the base frame, the support frame, the at least one magnet and the improved sound diaphragm. The improved sound diaphragm includes a thin film layer and a circuit thin film layer, and the circuit thin film layer is fixed on one side of the thin film layer through an electrolytic bonding layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a diaphragm structure of a sounding apparatus comprising: a thin-film layer; a first circuit thin-film layer fixed on a first side of the thin-film layer by means of a first electrolytic bonding layer; a second circuit thin-film layer fixed on a second side of the thin-film layer by means of a second electrolytic bonding layer; multiple holes passing through the first circuit thin-film layer, the thin-film layer and the second circuit thin-film layer; and multiple conductive layers disposed on inner circumferential walls of the holes and in contact with the first circuit thin-film layer and the second circuit thin-film layer. In the diaphragm structure provided by the present invention, instead of using back adhesives, electrolytic bonding is used to fix the circuit thin-film layers on two sides of a thin-film layer, thereby greatly reducing the thickness of the diaphragm structure.

    Abstract: An audio cable capable of increasing gain and filtering noise includes a signal amplifier arranged between an input end and an output end of the audio cable. The signal amplifier includes at least a primary coil and a secondary coil. The number of turns of the secondary coil is greater than that of the primary coil. A mutual inductance between the primary coil and the secondary coil can transform the level of voltage, current and impedance of the signal amplifier to generate an output gain greater than 1, so as to amplify the audio signal. Moreover, the primary and secondary coils have a characteristic of blocking fast current variation; thereby the higher the gain magnification, the more stable is the sound quality and the smaller the noise becomes.
