  • Publication number: 20240069299
Abstract: An optical element driving mechanism includes a movable assembly, a fixed assembly, and a driving assembly. The movable assembly is configured to be connected to an optical element. The movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly in a range of motion. The optical element driving mechanism further includes a positioning assembly configured to position the movable assembly at a predetermined position relative to the fixed assembly when the driving assembly is not operating.

  • Patent number: 6030551
Abstract: A process for producing a conductive polyaniline is disclosed. The process includes mixing an aniline monomer, a water-immiscible organic solvent, at least one protonic acid doping agent and water together to form an emulsion via agitation, stopping agitation to allow the emulsion to separate into an aqueous phase and a non-aqueous phase, separating the non-aqueous phase from the aqueous phase, and adding an oxidation agent into the non-aqueous phase to carry out polymerization. A non-aqueous in-situ formed transparent polyaniline solution prepared by the process is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5997770
Abstract: A process for doping polyaniline powder includes: mixing a drying agent with a dopant selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfuric acid, alkyl sulfonic acid and alkyl benzene sulfonic acid so as to remove water contained in the dopant; and blending the dried dopant and the polyaniline powder in the presence of an additive which is selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid in order to form a doped product.

  • Patent number: 5959072
Abstract: A wastewater-recyclable polymerization process for producing a polyaniline-based resin includes: feeding into a reactor an aniline monomer, an acid solution and an oxidizing agent to undergo polymerization so as to produce polyaniline resin particles; filtering the polyaniline resin particles from an acidic aqueous solution formed during the polymerization; neutralizing and drying the polyaniline resin particles to form a powder; recycling the acidic aqueous solution by mixing the acidic aqueous solution in the reactor with a fresh reactant feed which contains the aniline monomer, the acid solution and the oxidizing agent; and permitting the reactant feed to undergo polymerization in the presence of the recycled acidic aqueous solution at room temperature without cooling the reactor.

  • Patent number: 5391622
Abstract: The present invention concerns electrically conducting polymer blends, processs for production thereof, and fibers and films essentially consisting of electrically conducting polymer blends. According to the invention, the polymer blends comprise matrix polymers and electrically conducting polymer components possessing liquid-crystal properties. In particular, the liquid-crystal polymer components comprise a main chain incorporating conjugated double bonds, the monomer units of the main chain being linked to side chains which, together with the main chain, render the polymer liquid-crystal properties at elevated temperatures. The blends are prepared by melt blending a matrix polymer and a liquid-crystal polymer and by treating the blend thus prepared with a dopant to make the liquid-crystal polymer conducting. The polymer blends can be processed into fibers or films using conventional processing methods of plastics such as die extrusion, injection molding, injection molding, ram molding or film blowing.
