Optionally said parts are provided with mutually distinctive prints on said parts. In another embodiment said parts are embodied in mutually different materials. It is suitable that one part is embodied in a plastic material and the other part is embodied in a woven or nonwoven fabric material. Neighboring edges of adjacent parts are sealed to each other. Sealing can be achieved in many ways, for instance by heating or by ultrasonic sealing.
