The valve plate comprises a through hole that is overlapped with the oil passage to open the oil passage by rotating the selector plate to the position to bring the selectable one-way clutch into engagement, and that is displaced from the oil passage by rotating the selector plate to the position to bring the selectable one-way clutch into disengagement.
