The drive mechanism is configured to: when the movement member moves in the predetermined direction, cause the pair of cutting blades to move in a direction closer to each other; and after the pair of cutting blades come closest to each other, when the movement member further moves in the predetermined direction, cause the pair of cutting blades to move in a direction away from each other.
