    Abstract: This application relates to a production method for a medical balloon that can suppress the occurrence of the symptom of delayed-type allergy (Type IV) in addition to immediate-type allergy (Type I). The production method includes molding a composition containing a carboxy-modified conjugated diene polymer, a vulcanizing agent, and a xanthogen compound into the shape of a balloon. The molding of the composition into the shape of a balloon includes dipping a balloon-shaped mold in the composition in the form of latex.
