  • Patent number: 4864337
Abstract: An apparatus for driving a moving lens barrel of a camera with a motor, the barrel supporting a photographing lens unit and retained mechanically and slidably with a camera body between a first setting position located in a forward direction of an optical axis of the lens unit and a second setting position located in a backward direction of the optical axis.

  • Patent number: 4847648
Abstract: A varifocal camera, comprising a photographic lens barrel having a photographic lens able to change the focal distance and adapted to move rearwardly when the photographic lens is transferred to the first focal distance side and move forwardly when the lens is transferred to the second focal distance side, a photographic lens barrier movable between the opening position at which the photographic lens is exposed and the closing position at which photographic lens is screened, and a finder barrier movable between the opening position at which the finder lens is exposed and the closing position at which the finder lens is screened.

  • Patent number: 4831399
Abstract: A finder switching apparatus in a two-focus camera in which a finder is switched in conjunction with switching of a lens of the camera between shorter and longer focuses. The finder switching apparatus has a spring mechanism which can amplify a displacement of a parallax correcting lens which is adapted to move in interlocking engagement with the lens barrel so that the mechanism for moving the parallax correcting lens can be small. Accordingly, the two-focus camera having the finder switching apparatus according to the present invention can be made compact, since the space required for storing the finder switching apparatus in the camera is small.

  • Patent number: 4791441
Abstract: A two-focus camera in which a short focal-distance lens system is constituted by only a main lens when the main lens is set at a first position on an optical axis and a converter lens is set at a second position out of the optical axis, and a longer focal-distance lens system is constituted by the main lens and the converter lens when the main lens is set at a third position in front of the first position on the optical axis and the converter lens system is set at a fourth position behind the main lens on the optical axis.

  • Patent number: 4592640
Abstract: A stroboscopic lamp synchronizing device for a photographic camera is disclosed, which includes a first time setting circuit for providing a time instance delayed from an actuation time of a trigger switch by a predetermined time period, a second time setting circuit for setting a time period from said time instance to a time at which a shutter provides a predetermined iris opening, an electromagnet for closing the shutter when actuated after the time set by the second time setting circuit lapses and an X contact, whereby when the X contact is closed upon the actuation of the electromagnet, the iris opening is controlled by the time setting circuits.

  • Patent number: 4550997
Abstract: An automatic exposure control circuit of a photographing camera having a shutter blade associated with an electromagnet driven by a driving circuit is disclosed, which is featured by having a film sensitivity information detector for detecting the film sensitivity electrically to provide an output signal, means responsive to the output signal for changing a reference voltage to be applied to the driving circuit and a .gamma. value correcting means for correcting the reference voltage according to the .gamma. value of a light receiving element of the camera.
