The frame (2) is molded by die-casting an alloy material, and a radiating fin assembly (15) is formed integral with the frame (2) in the vicinity of a motor mounting area of the frame (2). Heat generated from the motor (5) is radiated from the die-cast frame and the radiating fin assembly.
