  • Publication number: 20220268725
Abstract: To enable efficient substance measurement, this invention is characterized in that the invention comprises a first hollow fiber (131) for allowing a first processing liquid to flow from a first introduction port (121a) to a first exit port (121b) and allowing the membrane permeation of gas in the processing liquid, a second hollow fiber (132) for allowing a second processing liquid to flow from a second introduction port (122a) to a second exit port (122b) and allowing the membrane permeation of gas in the processing liquid, a container (110) for accommodating the first hollow fiber (131) and second hollow fiber (132) therein, and a vacuum pump (201) connected to the space (S) inside the container (110), and inside the container (110), the hollow fibers (130) consisting of the first hollow fiber (131) and second hollow fiber (132) are in contact with each other across a prescribed length.

  • Publication number: 20140377132
Abstract: An automatic analyzer includes a sample dispensing unit that dispenses a sample into a reaction vessel, a reagent dispensing unit that dispenses a reagent, a sample nozzle cleaning tank that cleans a nozzle of the sample dispensing unit, a reagent nozzle cleaning tank that cleans a nozzle of the reagent dispensing unit, a compressor that supplies compressed air, and cleaning water supply means that supplies cleaning water. The tanks each have an upper vent that allows a nozzle to have access for cleaning, a lower vent that drains the cleaning water, a cleaning water jet port that sprays the cleaning water to the nozzle, and a compressed air jet port that removes residual cleaning water left on the nozzle. The lower vent has an opening area wider than that of the upper vent.

  • Patent number: 4672830
Abstract: A method of controlling an edging opening in a rolling mill, comprising measuring a width distribution of a plate to be rolled at an inlet of an edging roll in the rolling mill, calculating beforehand a width deviation distribution and a length in the moving direction of the plate at an irregular deformation portion caused in a rolling process in accordance with a predetermined pass schedule and a target width deviation distribution of the rolled plate required at an outlet of the rolling mill, calculating an optimum edging opening variation distribution using a plate width adjustment efficiency calculated on the basis of the beforehand calculated value and supplying the optimum edging opening variation distribution to an edging opening setting unit for the feedforward control.

  • Patent number: 4360391
Abstract: A process for producing a coil of a hot rolled austenitic steel strip wherein a hot bar of austenitic stainless steel is hot rolled to a strip by multiple pass rolling with a total rolling reduction and finishing temperature controlled within the hatched area of FIG. 1; and wherein the hot rolled strip is allowed to cool in air for 3 to 10 seconds, cooled with water and then coiled at 400.degree. to 600.degree. C. The product has recrystallization substantially completed and sensitization prevented, and therefore, need not be annealed before it is subjected to a pickling process.
