  • Publication number: 20220250435
Abstract: A vehicle air conditioning device is disclosed. The air condition device includes an air conditioning case having a passage in which air flows, a blower connected to the air conditioning case for blowing the air, a cooler and a heater housed in an interior of the air conditioning case, and a duct provided in the air conditioning case for conveying the air that has been temperature controlled by the cooler and the heater. The passage includes a cool air passage in which the cooler is disposed, a warm air passage in which the heater is disposed, and an introduction passage provided between the cool air passage and the warm air. A switching door is provided in the introduction passage for controlling an amount of the air flowing to the cool air passage and the warm air passage.

  • Publication number: 20130260663
Abstract: An air mixing damper, which is displaceable in a direction substantially perpendicular to an air flow direction, is disposed between an evaporator and a heater core in a casing that constitutes a vehicular air conditioner. In the air mixing damper, a plurality of ribs are formed so as to project on a side of a dividing wall that divides an air flow passage, and rack gears, which are enmeshed with a shaft, are formed on an inner circumferential surface on the opposite side thereof. In addition, when the air mixing damper is assembled in the casing, in a condition in which the ribs are in abutment against a sealing surface of the dividing wall, pinion gears of the shaft are enmeshed with the rack gears, whereby jostling of the air mixing damper is prevented.

  • Publication number: 20110061853
Abstract: A mounting structure is provided, for a sensor which is attached to a heat exchanger. An evaporator that is utilized in a vehicular air conditioning apparatus is equipped with a detection sensor, which is capable of detecting the surface temperature of the evaporator. In the detection sensor, a main body portion thereof on which the detector is provided is inserted between fins of the evaporator. After a cable is made to extend to a cable guide disposed on a side portion of a casing, the cable is retained by the cable guide.

  • Patent number: 6866443
Abstract: A fastening assistance structure has a bolt hole for passing therethrough a threaded portion of a bolt, a seat face for engaging a head seat face of the bolt, and a partition wall for guiding the bolt into the bolt hole. A bolt inlet which is open at an end of the partition wall lies flush with an end face of a bulge. Even when the bolt hole is positioned behind the bulge, the bolt inlet can be seen, and the bolt can be inserted from the bolt inlet into the partition wall. If the partition wall has an inner wall of a tapered shape progressively smaller in diameter toward the bolt hole, then the bolt can easily be inserted along the inner wall of the partition wall into the bolt hole.

  • Patent number: 6820925
Abstract: A surface, which receives shocks when hit by a radio unit upon a vehicle collision, has grooves defined in a peripheral region thereof. The surface also has a protrusion in a region, which can possibly be hit by the radio unit. Upon a vehicle collision, a rear surface of the radio unit initially impinges upon the protrusion. Stresses are concentrated on the protrusion, developing a crack in a groove near the protrusion. Once the crack is developed, it easily spreads along the groove.
