  • Patent number: 7575548
Abstract: In an endoscopic treatment instrument having a plurality of sheaths, a supporting member for directly and indirectly supporting the plurality of sheaths, and a connecting member for directly/indirectly bringing the sheaths and an endoscope in a connected state are provided. The supporting member constrains a relative position of the plurality of sheaths and the connecting member can change the connecting state. Therefore, when an operator changes the connecting state of the connecting member, the positional relation of the endoscope and the plurality of sheaths can be changed, while the positional relation of the plurality of sheaths is still constrained. Accordingly, for example, left and right sheaths can be easily exchanged.

  • Publication number: 20080269558
Abstract: An endoscopic instrument includes: a high-frequency knife for carrying out incisional intervention; a wire having a distal end connected to the high-frequency knife; an outer sheath for allowing the wire to pass therethrough; a main body having a proximal end of the sheath fixed thereto; a first slider, capable of freely sliding on the main body, having the wire fixed thereto; at least a stopper projecting radially outward relative to the wire; a first abutment member making contact with the stopper and regulating distal sliding movement of the wire; and a projection-length-adjusting member, provided in the outer sheath, for regulating proximal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper. This configuration allows the high-frequency knife to be maintained at different projection lengths based on the stopper making contact with the first abutment member and the stopper making contact with the projection-length-adjusting member.

  • Publication number: 20070213745
Abstract: The ligating apparatus has the thread receiving portion 50 movably disposed back and forth at the distal end of the inserting part body. Outer circumference of the thread receiving portion 50 forms the loop holding portion 52 around which the knot forming loop 51 formed from the ligature 40 is disposed. When the first end of the ligature 40 is pulled into the thread receiving portion 50, the knot forming loop 51 is pushed out of the loop holding portion 52 by the delivery portion 62 of the knot pusher 59. The knot forming loop 51 is further pushed by the delivery portion 62 along the ligature 40 toward the tissue W1 and ligated. The present invention provides a ligating apparatus capable of reducing the load on the tissue to be ligated during ligating operation.
