Patent number: 10969003Abstract: An operation lever is rotatable in a vertical rotation direction about a vertical rotation shaft and rotatable in a front-rear rotation direction about a front-rear rotation shaft non-parallel to the vertical rotation shaft. An urging portion urges the operation lever to move to a predetermined initial position. A neutral cam portion rotates following a rotation of the operation lever in the vertical rotation direction; a forward/backward cam portion rotates following a rotation of the operation lever in the front-rear rotation direction; a neutral switch portion is pressed by the neutral cam portion and detects the pressing in a state where the neutral cam portion is rotated to a neutral pressing position; and a forward/backward switch portion is pressed by the forward/backward cam portion and detects the pressing in a state where the forward/backward cam portion is rotated to a forward pressing position or a backward pressing position.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2020Date of Patent: April 6, 2021Assignee: KUBOTA CORPORATIONInventors: Koichi Nakai, Takashi Kosaki

Patent number: 8027176Abstract: In a RCC type switching power supply circuit, a sensing coil connected magnetically closely with an output coil is equipped in a fly-back transformer. The sensing coil is connected with a timing condenser through a Zener diode and an alternate current voltage output from the sensing coil is rectified and smoothed. Then, the difference between a detection voltage detected as a direct current voltage of the secondary side and the basic voltage of the Zener diode is supplied to the timing condenser to change the discharge/charge time and then change the timing of the switching of a first switching element in order to control the switching time of the first switching element. At the same time, applying the voltage which results from rectifying and smoothing the output voltage from the sensing coil, the charge and discharge of the timing condenser at the non-loading time is controlled in order to prolong the cycle of the switching oscillation and consequently, reduce the power loss.Type: GrantFiled: October 8, 2008Date of Patent: September 27, 2011Assignee: K A C Japan Co., Ltd.Inventor: Koichi Nakai

Patent number: 7655060Abstract: An electric vacuum cleaner is equipped with a dust collection unit (20) that can be detachably installed in the air passage en route from a suction unit to an electric fan of the cleaner. The dust collection unit (20) comprises a dust collecting case (21) for accumulating dust sucked in, a lid member (32) that can be opened to discharge the accumulated dust; and a lock mechanism (clamp lever) (33) for locking the lid member 32 tightly closed. The dust collection unit (20) is further provided with a hand grip (24), arranged to face said user, thereby facilitating a user to hold the dust collection unit when discharging dust from the bottom of the dust collecting case. Further, a hinge (31) is arranged at a position which is adjacent to said bottom (32) of said dust collecting case (21) facing the user holding the hand grip. Furthermore, a lock mechanism (33) is arranged near the periphery of the lid member (32) and at a position opposite to the hinge.Type: GrantFiled: October 5, 2006Date of Patent: February 2, 2010Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Koichi Nakai, Atsuo Hamada, Kazumasa Kamatani, Kazuyoshi Yoshimi, Akihiro Yoneyama

The electric vacuum cleaner is further provided with a lid opening mechanism (lid opening stick (35) for forcibly opening the lid member (32) in cooperation with the lock mechanism locking the lid member. Even when the sealing pressure of the packing is high or when the accumulated dust does not weigh on the lid member because the dust is compacted on the inner wall of the dust collecting case, the lid member can be opened without difficulty to discharge the dust, without opening it by hand. Thus, the user can avoid handling unsanitary dust.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 2005Date of Patent: February 13, 2007Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Koichi Nakai, Atsuo Hamada, Kazumasa Kamatani, Kazuyoshi Yoshimi, Akihiro Yoneyama

Patent number: 6336244Abstract: In an electric blower, exhaust air discharged radially from a centrifugal fan is redirected to a motor drive section by a diffuser and a fan cover. The air passes from a ventilation opening on a motor frame and through a bracket to cool the motor drive section. A portion of the air from the centrifugal fan is bled off through exhaust openings without passing over the motor, whereby this portion remains cooler and cleaner than the air that passes over the motor. Air flows up a wand and then passes over the motor to cool the motor. This air passes through filters before being discharged. The portion of air that is bled off passes along a parallel path in the wand to agitate dirt, and to maintain the wand relatively cool. In one embodiment, some of the bled-off portion is discharged directly without passing along the wand.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2000Date of Patent: January 8, 2002Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takao Tarutani, Toshihiro Suto, Masaki Sasao, Toshio Otani, Yoshihisa Ueno, Noriaki Kimura, Makoto Iwatake, Koichi Nakai, Toshinari Kobayashi, Sadaki Kodera, Toshiyuki Fujiyoshi, Yoshihiro Mori, Takahiro Nishiyama
