  • Patent number: 6915637
Abstract: A gas turbine combustor is provided with a nozzle extension tube having an inclination outward in a diameter direction of a combustor inner cylinder and in a peripheral direction of the combustor inner cylinder. As a result, the premixed gas is transformed to a spiral flow passing into a combustion chamber while turning, i.e., an outward turning flow, thereby sufficiently mixing the premixed gas while the premixed gas is flowing in the combustion chamber.

  • Publication number: 20050009362
Abstract: A method for forming a dielectric thin film includes a film deposition step of spraying a material solution onto a heated substrate under a reduced pressure by a two-fluid technique using an inert gas to deposit a thin film. The material solution is supplied at a rate that is greater than the vaporization rate of the solvent in the film deposited on the substrate. The supply of the material solution is stopped and the solvent remaining in the film is vaporized remaining solvent. Then, the film is heat-treated in an oxidizing atmosphere. The substrate is heated to a temperature in the range of about 100° C. to about 300° C. Thus, a dielectric thin film having reliability can be formed even if the film thickness is small.

  • Patent number: 6751745
Abstract: A digital synchronization circuit 1000 according to the present invention includes: a polyphase clock generation circuit outputting a plurality of clock signals having the sane frequency and different phases; a selection circuit selecting and outputting one of the plurality of clock signals in accordance with the selection signal; and a selection control circuit outputting a selection signal in accordance with a clock selection signal and the plurality of clock signals. The timing at which a value of the selection signal changes from the first value to the second value is in the period in which potential levels of the clock signals respectively represented by the first and second values are the same. Thus, an output clock signal without any hazard is output which is in synchronization with an input data signal of a plurality of clock signals.

  • Patent number: 6704914
Abstract: A high level synthesis method for generating a logic circuit of a register transfer level from an operation description includes a control data flowgraph generation stage; a scheduling stage; an allocation stage; a data path generation stage; and a control logic generation stage. When generating a thread sharing a common memory with another thread operating in parallel therewith, a memory access request is represented by a node of a control data flowgraph so as to perform scheduling, and a control logic is generated. The control logic outputs a memory access request signal to a common memory interface in a state corresponding to a step to which the node is scheduled, and keeps the state until a memory access request acceptance signal from the common memory interface is changed to be active.

  • Publication number: 20030079461
Abstract: A combustor section is disposed downstream of a nozzle section. The combustor section extends from a downstream end of the nozzle section to an entrance of a gas turbine and supplies a combustion gas which is generated by combusting a pre-mixed gas to a gas turbine. The combustor section is formed by an inner tube and a tail tube unitarily. The combustor is provided with a wall cooling apparatus for cooling a wall surface of the combustor. On the inner wall of the combustor section, grooves are formed. An entrance for introducing an air for cooling action is disposed on the outer wall of the combustor section. The introduced air performs a film cooling and convective cooling in a combined manner. By doing this, the temperature of the combustion gas may be high, and a highly efficient gas turbine is realized.

  • Patent number: 6557158
Abstract: The present invention relates to a scheduling method and apparatus for high-level synthesis of a circuit which is represented by an operation description. The method includes calculating a probability for each of a plurality of nodes included in a control flow graph to be assigned to a time step and calculating a sum of the probabilities for each time step. For each node having a scheduling candidate in a time step for which the sum of probabilities is maximum, an estimated value of an area of the circuit is calculated with the node having been temporarily assigned to the scheduling candidate and a combination of a node and a scheduling candidate for which the estimated value is maximum is retrieved. Finally, a list of scheduling candidates of the node in the combination is narrowed down by excluding the scheduling candidate in the combination from the list of scheduling candidates of the node in the combination.
