  • Publication number: 20240143989
Abstract: A reservoir calculation device according to an embodiment includes a reservoir circuit and an output circuit. The reservoir circuit receives input data and outputs intermediate signals, each undergoing a transient change when the input data changes. The output circuit outputs an output signal obtained by combining the intermediate signals. The reservoir circuit includes intermediate circuits, each including a neuron circuit and an intermediate output circuit. The neuron circuit generates an intermediate voltage undergoing a transient change corresponding to weight data and the input data when the input data changes. The intermediate output circuit outputs an intermediate signal representing a level of the intermediate voltage from the neuron circuit. The neuron circuit includes a time constant circuit capable of changing a time constant. The time constant circuit is connected between a reference potential and an intermediate terminal outputting the intermediate voltage.

  • Publication number: 20040051430
Abstract: An electromagnetic-wave marker includes a bar-like receiving antenna for receiving an electromagnetic wave, a frequency converting circuit coupled to the receiving antenna and for multiplying a frequency of the electromagnetic wave, a disc-like transmitting antenna for transmitting an electromagnetic wave of which frequency is multiplied by the frequency converting circuit, a nonmagnetic container for accommodating and placing the receiving antenna and the transmitting antenna such that the received electromagnetic wave and the transmitting electromagnetic wave intersect with each other at right angles, and an electromagnetic-wave reflector placed at a lower portion of the nonmagnetic container and for reflecting the electromagnetic wave along the transmitted direction. The marker is improved its anti-corrosion property, and at the same time, reduces its thickness, so that the marker can be laid down in various structures of roads such as an iron bridge.

  • Publication number: 20030055672
Abstract: The method defines a functional configuration of a business application system. The method is capable of reducing the time required to carry out a requirements definition step and of defining a unified functional configuration to efficiently share and reuse common components. A functional configuration definition support system 10 has an input control part 11, an output control part 12, a functional configuration defining part 13, a function model database 14, and a functional configuration generation result database 15. The functional configuration defining part 13 generates a functional configuration of a business application system to be designed, on the basis of a function model representing a typical functional configuration of a general business application system, which is stored in the function model database 14, in accordance with input information delivered via the input control part 11.

  • Patent number: 5631028
Abstract: A conveyor system that performs a conveyance by using pallets for loading green tires and device for conveying these pallets, installs a storage area for storing pallets as they are on the way to convey, and uses robots for transferring the green tires from a pallet to a tire vulcanizer. Pallets being of such a type as to be able to load two or more green tires for planar placement and a conveyor devise is desired to be able to get under these pallets for lifting up. Furthermore, a visual sensor provided on a robot reads at least one of a mark concerning the specification of a green tire, a mark for its positioning on a pallet, and a mark for its positioning on a tire vulcanizer, identifies a green tire to be conveyed, and automatically performs a positioning in transferring the green tire from the relevant pallet and a positioning in transferring the green tire to a tire vulcanizer in the conveyor system.

  • Patent number: 5304378
Abstract: A novel wound dressing material is produced by a chemical treatment of animal fibers, particularly, wool, to strip off the keratin layers of the surfaces of the fibers so as to expose the non-keratin protein in the underlayers, which is hydrophilic. The wound dressing material provides healing and regenerating effects on the wounds, and can be produced at a low cost.

  • Patent number: 5062127
Abstract: The present invention discloses an Fluorescence X-ray spectrometry method and device for determining the type and quantity of metals elements in metal and metal alloy samples, particularly precious metal and precious metal alloy samples. The invention provides a method and an apparatus in which an object to be analyzed is positioned so that an X-ray beam that will be generated will coincide with a measurement point on the surface of the object where it is desired that the analysis be carried out. The measurement point is exposed to an X-ray beam having a diameter of 0.1 to 5 mm, causing fluorescence X-ray radiation to be generated which is sampled. Spectral analysis of the captured fluorescence X-ray radiation is then carried out wherein the intensity of selected peaks corresponding to target elements is determined, whereby the relative composition of selected elements can be calculated, thus providing selective quantitative analysis for target elements at the measurement point.
