  • Publication number: 20210277861
Abstract: A fuel injection valve including: an injection hole body formed of metal and having an injection hole configured to inject fuel; and a metal holder that has a cylindrical shape having an insertion port in which the injection hole body is inserted, and is fusion welded to a portion of the injection hole body located inside the insertion port. The injection hole body includes a body-side fused portion formed by fusion welding, a heat-affected portion which is located on a side of the insertion port with respect to the body-side fused portion, and of which a tissue structure is changed due to heat of the fusion welding, and a seal portion located on an opposite side of the heat-affected portion from the body-side fused portion and extending in an annular shape around a cylinder center line of the holder to come into close contact with the holder.

  • Publication number: 20130306033
Abstract: A relief valve includes a valving element, a movable holder, a housing having a guide hole and a valve seat, and a resilient member. The valving element is lifted from its seated state, in which the valving element is engaged with the valve seat, toward a pressurizing chamber in a lift period. The lift period includes a lift first period and a lift second period. An amount of the lift of the valving element reaches a set distance in the lift first period. The lift second period is after the amount of the lift of the valving element has reached the set distance. The movable holder slides inside the guide hole both in the lift first period and in the lift second period. A minimum clearance area between the movable holder and the guide hole is larger in the lift second period than in the lift first period.

  • Publication number: 20100254003
Abstract: The present invention provides an anti-reflection film which not only has a sufficient anti-reflection properties and sufficient antistatic properties but also reduces color in reflection light, inhibits color unevenness and provides a display device with excellent contrast in a bright place and excellent contrast in a dark place when applied on a display device. The anti-reflection film of the present invention has average luminous reflectance in the range of 0.5-1.5% on a low refractive index layer surface, a difference in the range of 0.2-0.9% between the maximum and the minimum in spectral reflectance on the low refractive index layer surface in a wavelength region of 400-700 nm, absorption loss in average luminous transmittance in the range of 0.5-3.0%, and parallel light transmittance in the range of 94.0-96.5%.

  • Patent number: 6698666
Abstract: In a fuel injection valve having a pressure control chamber, a nozzle, and an electromagnetic valve, a fuel flow-in passage, a fuel flow-out passage and at least a part of the pressure control chamber are formed in a single piece of a plate in such a manner that the part of the pressure control chamber is opened to an axial end surface of the plate and the fuel flow-out passage extends so as to penetrate the plate axially from an inner wall of the part of the pressure control chamber to another axial end surface of the plate and the fuel flow-in passage comprises a first passage extending from the axial end surface of the plate and a second passage extending from the inner wall of the part of the pressure control chamber, which intersect with each other within the plate, wherein an entrance orifice is formed in first passage.

  • Patent number: 6648248
Abstract: A solenoid valve is provided which may be used to inject fuel into an internal combustion engine for automotive vehicles. The solenoid valve includes an armature and stator attracting the armature to open a fluid passage. The solenoid valve also includes a retaining nut and an end body. The retaining nut engages a housing to retain a hollow cylindrical stator casing in the housing. The end body is joined to the casing in alignment therewith to hold the stator within the casing without subjecting the stator to the pressure produced by the engagement of the retaining nut with the housing. This minimizes undesirable loads on the stator.

  • Patent number: 5065598
Abstract: An ice thermal storage apparatus that uses ice as a thermal storage material, wherein without using a brine that is a heat transfer medium for chilling water to form ice, a thermal storage material in the form of an aqueous solution to which an additive is added so that supercooling can be secured stably is supercooled to the freezing point or below directly by a refrigerating apparatus, the supercooled aqueous solution is made into ice in the form of sherbet by a desupercooling apparatus over a thermal storage tank, and the remaining thermal storage material having the freezing temperature that has not been made into ice is sent again into the refrigerating apparatus to form a cycle so that ice can be formed in the thermal storage tank continuously.
