Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes a first housing which has a light incident section in a vicinity of one end and which has an imaging optical system to which light from the light incident section is incident, a second housing which has a display section and which functions as a grip section, and a linking section which supports the first housing and the second housing so as to be able to rotate centering on a first axis, in which the first axis is provided in a vicinity of the other end which is an opposite side to the one end of the first housing, and light which includes a component which is orthogonal to the first axis is incident to the light incident section.

Abstract: There is provided an imaging device including an outer case in which a photographic lens is disposed inside. The outer case includes a cylindrical portion in which an external shape of a cross-section perpendicular to an optical axis of the photographic lens is formed into a substantially circular shape, and a rolling prevention portion provided to protrude outside the cylindrical portion in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The rolling prevention portion is provided on a lower surface side of the cylindrical portion. A central portion of the rolling prevention portion in a horizontal direction is positioned off to left or right of a central portion of the cylindrical portion in the horizontal direction.

Abstract: There is provided an imaging apparatus including a first housing at one end of which an imaging lens is mounted, a second housing on which a display is mounted, and a rotating mechanism including a linking portion linking another end of the first housing and one end of the second housing. The first housing and the second housing are made mutually rotationally movable by the rotating mechanism. The first housing and the second housing are linked by the linking portion such that the one end of the first housing and another end of the second housing are capable of orienting in a same direction.
