  • Publication number: 20080122924
Abstract: According to the present invention, a system controller includes a serial I/F section, a system control section and a control trigger signal generating section. When the occurrence of an event for recording control that instructs to start/stop recording an image of a peripheral medical appliance is detected by the system control section through the serial I/F section, the control trigger signal generating section in response to the event occurrence generates a control trigger signal and outputs the control trigger signal to the AV controller. Thus, an optimum technique image in accordance with the progress of an operation can be securely recorded.

  • Publication number: 20080021483
Abstract: According to the invention, an infrared communication port of a system controller performs infrared communication with a mobile remote controller, which allows function assignment to the mobile remote controller. The mobile remote controller requests controllable appliance list data to the system controller in response to an operation on a key input select button in a fixed key display area. Then, the mobile remote controller receives the controllable appliance list data, and an appliance operation button is assigned to a function key display area. Thus, multiple controllable appliances can be controlled easily through one mobile remote controller by allowing assigning control functions for the multiple controllable appliances easily to the mobile remote controller.

  • Patent number: 5736649
Abstract: In a Karman vortex flowmeter according to the present invention, first and second ultrasonic transmission/reception devices are offset from each other along a flowing direction of fluid, and a switching device alternately switches the ultrasonic transmission/reception devices so that the ultrasonic transmission/reception devices can alternately perform transmission and reception. There is also provided a propagation time difference detector for determining a time difference between an ultrasonic wave propagation time when one of the ultrasonic transmission/reception devices performs the transmission, and an ultrasonic wave propagation time when the other of the ultrasonic transmission/reception devices performs the transmission, and for determining a flow rate of the fluid on the basis of the time difference. When no Karman vortex is generated or when the number of generated Karman vortices is greatly reduced, the minute flow rate of the fluid is measured by the propagation time difference detector.
